For this brand, it was so important for the celebrity Founder’s vision to be at the forefront of the education plan. Working alongside the brand Lead Artist we were able to bring together a comprehensive, engaging + performance focused training that comprised of product, customer experience, brand journey + overall DNA.
Rollout of education can sometimes be on a global level + a flexible + fresh approach is key to consistency. Rollout of this particular plan was delivered virtually due to recent restrictions which also proved delivery can be adapted + still be a huge success.
The impact on performance following the education rollout was brilliant! Double digit growth from top locations from the following week which was sustained for coming months.
