Collaborate with a best in class US based beauty brand to create their retail strategy and rollout plan across the US and UK, including in store experience, brand education and retail partner management. The priority was to build brand awareness and ensure maximum impact across retail partner launches.

Working with this particular brand at such a pivotal point allowed us to build from the ground up a process and structure to ensure a consistent and disruptive launch strategy across UK and US retailers. Partnering while the business had a lean team allowed for creative input and influence in collaboration with the permanent in house leaderships team bringing a clarity and a clear vision.

The key to this project was really understanding the brand DNA, mission and target consumer, enabling us to build a plan that would represent this, as well as offering the customer the best and most comprehensive insight to the brand at every connection point. 

 
 

With our vast retailer understanding and connections, we were able to lean on existing relationships to push for maximum support, marketing opportunities, retailer offers as well as online/offline moments to increase awareness across multiple channels.

Advising our clients with both our brand and retailer hats allowed us to cover every avenue and opportunity whilst upholding the brand’s integrity, identity and positioning at all times. We are excited for our future partnership to further grow as global rollout continues.
