To resource and appoint an industry leading Creative Director to join and work alongside the CEO and CCO of a newly launching disruptive, pioneering clean beauty brand, founded by a well-known celebrity figure. The role was a pivotal placement, overseeing all creative output and innovation across all channels and distribution.

Working closely with the CEO and CCO we were able to clearly identify the aesthetic vision and ambition of the brand, to shortlist talent, who would not only bring a breadth of experience and leadership skill but the creative identity and eye, ensuring the perfect brand fit.

Attitude and approach were key attributes within our candidates for this project, as the energy required to be a leader in a global start-up working for extremely credible and well-know founders can be a challenge to find.

With our clients based in the US and UK it gave opportunity to resource across international territories, as well as us managing communications across various time zones.

 
 

Following our in-depth processes and collaboration with the brand founders, we were able to place the new Creative Director who moved from globally recognised luxury fashion house.

It was such a pleasure to be able to present candidates that ticked all of our client’s needs and more, as well as appoint a candidate into a position with such opportunity.
