Work alongside CEO + brand founders to create and lead the commercial and marketing strategy for US based beauty brand, throughout global rollout.

This is one of our most exciting ongoing projects that we have had the pleasure to partner on. Working closely with creative and focused founders we quickly aligned on their vision at the early stages and became an extension of their in house team. Guiding the brand in a retail rollout plan that secured an elevated brand positioning, ensured an element of exclusivity as well as growing brand awareness in new territories. 

We led all retail partner communication offering the brand a new perspective and clear direction when engaging with retailers. A key focus was ensuring we had optimum marketing opportunities with partners and weren’t lost amidst large household names and held our own presence. Building out a marketing strategy, brand assets and developing retail rollout program has seen huge success in partnership engagement.

 
 

The growth has led to the first brick and mortar presence offer in the UK with a luxury retail partner. We led this project from conception to launch. We have been able to lean on our black book of contacts to secure partnership with design and install teams to create a bespoke first of a kind counter, utilising our staffing services to build a experienced team, build out education and secure a robust marketing program in partnership with the retail partner.

We continue to consult for this wonderful brand, guiding commercial decision making, assisting the CEO and supporting the overall brand direction.
